After making your purchase, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours so that you can stay up-to-date with the delivery progress. Please note that for pickups, only hair from our shop inventory can be collected.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident in the quality of our hair extensions and stand behind our products. However, we understand there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the high demand and personalized nature of our extensions, purchases made through our online store are non-refundable. But we do offer store credits upon receipt of email notice of dissatisfaction so you can choose another product from our website that better suits your needs.
